Hotel Du Parc - Mulhouse Centre

This hotel was an absoluteletly ridiculous experience. First, the air conditioning was broken for hours, inncredibly hot even after begging. One bottle of water for two people-how very generous! I almost thought about giving a good review, but then again, how could i? My expectations were just too high, it seems. Woeful treatment!

It is close to the pedestrian zone. The room was clean and the stuff was very helpful at the reception.

If you come by car it is hard to find a parking place to take out your luggage.

Location, well situated, next to the center and train station, so very comfortable to put in Mulhouse the. camp and move by train to other cities as fantastic as Colmar. hotel itself has a lot of charm.

The staff. Specifically, I felt cheated and swindled. When I arrived at the hotel (check in) the receptionist assumed that breakfast was included, giving me directions, timetables and so on. When checking out they made us pay for the breakfast that was not included in the end, amounting to 18 euros per person, a pretty poor breakfast and badly cared for. In total we paid 72 euros for the two days of breakfast, a scam for what they offered, above. The lady at the reception who was there the morning of the check out (December 8) was very rude and very rude. Never seen in hotels. Honestly I would never return to this hotel because of the treatment received. The worst in a long time.

The room was spacious and featured lovely French windows. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately during the warm weather, affecting comfort. Breakfast was enjoyable, though I found the selection lacking in variety for the price.

Hotel is looking very tired and has a very small number of staff who multi-task. Very poor quality breakfast for €19 per person

I made a mistake in the reservation and Arrived two days later. The hotel told me I could change the reservation and gave me a room (not the quality for this type of hotel). Pity they didn't tell me that anyhow I should pay 1 night for the missed cancellation.....

I loved soaking in the cozy feel of the art deco design while enjoying a delicious breakfast each morning. The sun terrace and the lovely garden area were perfect spots to relax after a day out. It did get a bit warm in the room at times, so maybe bring a fan just in case ☀️

Flexibility and the location was quite close to center and central station.

Reception area and lobby was a bit small, otherwise no complains

i had the superior queen room which was neat and airy with comfortable bed. there were coffee/tea making machines and glassware too. the hotel was placed in the central location very close to the city center. the staff was consistently courteous throughout the day.

The Junior Suite was great, but the mini bar smelled awful.

Hotel lived up to its billing. Warm and inviting interior, very spacious and roomy.

Only disappointment was the very expensive and low-medium quality breakfast.

We loved the art deco decorations--really pretty.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. My room was comfortable and quiet, ideal after a long day exploring. The dinner at Charlie's Bar was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and efficient, they didn't mind our wet appearance after cycling 😊

The location is good and fab with a private parking on site.
